If you've just become a carer, or had an increase in your caring responsibilities, it can be difficult to know where to start when it comes to getting help and support.

Becoming a carer may have caused a big change in your life and it can be quite overwhelming as there is a lot of information to take in.
'Time to Think About You' is a series of questions you can ask yourself to help you think about how you're feeling and whether you want to access some support. You can find the questions on the Carers Trust website.
There is no right or wrong way to get help and support. It's totally up to you which kind of support services, if any, you want to use.
